Website Review
Nine checks that show you whether your site is turning visitors into customers, or quietly losing them.

- 1Start on your phone, not your computer
Most local-service searches happen on a phone. Open your site on yours and see if text, buttons, and layout hold up.
- 2The five-second test
Load the homepage, look away after five seconds, and say what you do, where, and what to do next, from memory.
- 3Can they reach you without thinking?
Phone number visible and tappable up top, contact form actually delivering, no unnecessary fields.
- 4Does it say where you work?
"The greater metro area" answers nothing. Name the towns and counties you serve.
- 5How long does it take to load?
A slow first paint loses visitors before they read a word. Test it on a phone on cellular.
- 6Is there any reason to trust you?
Real photos, reviews, licenses, and a face beat stock imagery and slogans.
- 7Is anything visibly out of date?
A stale copyright year, old promo, or wrong hours quietly signals you might be closed.
- 8Can search engines find every page?
Check that your key pages are actually indexed, not hidden behind broken links or JavaScript.
- 9What happens after they contact you?
Time your own reply. A form that lands in an unwatched inbox is a lead lost.
