I spent years inside large corporate operations learning how enterprise-level businesses actually function. At Target, I worked inside the $30B+ Owned Brand business, building the systems that kept hundreds of stakeholders aligned and working with engineers to put better tools in their hands.

Before that, at Stitch Fix, I was a coach inside a 210-person remote team, helping people perform and building the training systems and documentation that kept a large distributed operation running consistently. I watched what happened when knowledge lived in processes versus when it lived only in people's heads.

What I kept seeing, in both environments, was the same thing: the systems are what make scale possible. Not the talent, but the infrastructure around the talent.

Then I'd look at small businesses and see brilliant owners running everything from memory. Customer lists no one was touching. Knowledge that would vanish the moment someone left. No way to train a new hire without sitting next to them for a week.

I founded MinnSight to give small service businesses access to the same caliber of strategy and custom-built systems that larger organizations take for granted, without the bloated cost or the tech jargon.
