1. What we collect
When you download a free tool, request the free audit, buy a tool, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your email address, and for a purchase your name and billing details. We also collect the information you share with us when we build and run your North Star system, basic analytics about how you use this site, and, for the voice tools you buy, the recording and transcript of your session so we can return your document or score.
2. How we use it
We use it to deliver what you asked for: send your downloads, process your purchase, run your voice session and hand back the result, and build and operate your North Star system. We use your email to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time, and aggregate analytics to improve the site. We do not sell your information.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own security standards and sends us only what we need to confirm the order and grant access.
4. Who else touches your data
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and the tools: Stripe for payments, Retell for the voice sessions, Supabase for data storage, and standard email and analytics tools. Each may process your data only to provide its service to us, not for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
5. Your business data is yours
The data in your North Star system belongs to you. We do not use it to train outside AI models. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@minnsightai.com.
6. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so while we work to safeguard your data we cannot guarantee absolute security.
