1. Service Acceptance
By accessing the MinnSight Hub or using the Ingestion Engine, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service is designed to provide strategic intelligence and automated assistance for small businesses.
2. Use License
Subject to payment of fees, MinnSight grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Hub for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying synthesis logic.
3. Managed Sync
Our Managed Sync service involves a human-in-the-loop review of your data synthesis. While we strive for absolute accuracy, the final responsibility for business decisions made based on Hub insights remains with the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MinnSight be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
