1. What MinnSight offers
This site offers three things: free tools and guides you can download, paid one-off tools such as voice sessions and short courses that are sold and run at tools.minnsightai.com, and North Star, a custom operations system we build and run for your business for a one-time build fee plus a flat monthly fee. By using the site or buying a tool, you agree to these terms.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the tool and pricing pages and are charged through Stripe. One-off tools are digital products, delivered online or as a download. North Star is a one-time build fee plus a recurring monthly fee, billed as described when you start.
3. The paid tools
When you buy a voice tool, you get a set number of sessions to use within a stated access window. A session only counts once it produces your document or score; a call that ends too early, or that fails to generate a result, does not use up a session.
4. Refunds
North Star carries our money-back build guarantee: if we cannot get your system right, your build fee is returned. For a one-off tool purchase, email support@minnsightai.com and we will make it right. Free downloads and guides are provided at no cost and as is.
5. If you stop paying the monthly
The monthly covers hosting, support, and keeping the system running. If you stop paying, the system stops running, but your information does not disappear. You get 30 days of read-only access to export everything: customer records, job history, and your written procedures, in files you can open anywhere. If you come back within a year, you restart without paying the build fee again. We do not hold your data hostage. It is your business.
6. Acceptable use
Use the tools and downloads for your own business. Please do not resell or redistribute them, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service. The guides and tools are provided to help you run your business; the decisions you make with them are your own.
7. Disclaimers and changes
The tools and downloads are provided as is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows MinnSight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with the date above. Questions? Email support@minnsightai.com.
